Issue |
Possible Reasons |
Solution |
Orders are not synced to app and not exported to Saasu |
- The scheduling job runs based on the user's schedule settings. Confirm a schedule is set and switched on. Orders will only sync based on the status that is selected in app - ensure Neto store has orders with the selected statuses.
|
- Go to your settings page and narrow down the schedule interval (minimum every 15 minutes)
- Check your selected order statuses
|
Orders are synced to app but not all of them are exported to Saasu |
- If you select "Tax Invoice" as the exported Saasu invoice type, then you need to make sure your Saasu account has sufficient stock for orders.
- If your Neto order has a shipping fee, then you have to make sure your selected Saasu "Shipping Item" is for sale in your Saasu account.
- For new customers' orders, they will be exported in the next scheduled run.
|
- Go to your Saasu account and check the item stock and the "Shipping Item".
|
The exported invoices are missing payments in Saasu |
- The payments export and orders/invoices export are two different processes and uses different APIs.
|
- Go to the settings page and tick both payments and orders/invoices.
|
The exported invoices are missing customer details in Saasu |
- The customer is a new one that doesn't exist in your Saasu account before, and the customers checkbox is not ticked in the app.
|
- Go to the settings page and tick the customers checkbox
|
The Neto inventory level is not synced when users update their Saasu stock level |
- The addon job is not running all the time, it runs based on users' schedule settings.
|
- Go to the settings page click "Run now" if you want to sync it instantly.
- Narrow down the schedule interval in the schedule section.
|
Data stops syncing |
- Saasu API has rate limiting based on users' plan.
|
- Refer to https://www.saasu.com/pricing
- Pause your addon in the app and re-start it after 24 hours.
